We enable users to view instant pricing for products and check availability with just a few clicks. With our material stocking programs, you can plan and save on costs while ensuring the continuous supply of any item you need.
Our dashboard has four main tools that streamline the process of ordering material.
Creating an Online Quote
Getting a quote is simple and fast:
- Log in to your account.
- Click the “New Quote” option in the menu.
- Select your desired product, such as stainless steel, nickel, or titanium, and choose the applicable form.
- Enter the necessary details like standards, item size, and quantity.
- Customize your order size with processing options such as laser, water jet, shear, and choose your shipping location.
Once you’ve reviewed the details, you’ll receive a quote number, shipping details, and material pricing. From there, proceed to checkout, enter your payment details, and complete the purchase. It’s that simple!
Placing Orders Online
Ready to place your order? No problem! Start by reviewing your quote to ensure all the details are correct, including your PO number and shipping information. When everything looks good, click ‘Checkout’ to open the order pop-up window. Whether you have credit terms or prefer to pay by credit card, we’ve got you covered. Double-check the information in the pop-up then click ‘Place Order’. That’s it! Now sit back and let us take care of the rest!
Tracking Your Order
Need to track your order or shipment? Head to the Orders or Shipments widget on your dashboard. These widgets display your 5 most recent orders and shipments. Can’t find your order there? Simply click ‘Search’ within the widget. On the search page, enter the necessary order details and click ‘Search’ again. You’ll see the order and its status. If a tracking number is available, it will be displayed there too.
Order Reporting Paperwork
Need paperwork for a recent shipment or even an order from 5 years ago? We have you covered. Just like tracking an order, start by checking the ‘Orders’ or ‘Shipments’ widgets for recent activity. If you don’t see what you need, click ‘Search’ within the widget. On the search page, enter the required order details and click ‘Search’ again. Depending on the order status, you’ll have access to documents like the Order Acknowledgement, Test Reports, Packing List, and Invoice.
