INCONEL® 625 LCF (Low Cycle Fatigue) is a variant of 625 with tighter control of C, Si, and N levels, achieved through vacuum induction melting. This results in a fine-grained microstructure optimized for formability and fatigue resistance, offering lifespans up to 100 times longer than standard 625 in low cycle fatigue applications. It also maintains the oxidation and corrosion resistance of 625.
