QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
LOS ANGELES, CA
Purpose: You will be responsible for directing on-site quality activities and priorities in support of the quality management system and internal and external customer service. You will collaborate with local management team members and internal stakeholders to champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization to ensure our commitment to quality.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily priorities: quality inspections, internal/external customer service,
communications, problem solving, portal tickets. - Direct weekly priorities: projects, processing customer complaints, defective raw material
resolutions, inventory management. - Direct monthly priorities: on-site workstation reviews, data, and content collection, manage
tool calibration system, follow-up, and close-out critical quality activities (e.g., non-conformances, corrective actions, customer returns), and global QA objectives. - You will liaison with: third party testing labs, mills/suppliers, and interact with all inputs and
outputs linked to the local and global QMS (Purchasing, Sales, OPS, Customers, et. all)

COMMERCIAL MANAGER
TAMPA, FLORIDA
Purpose: To increase market share and maximize profitability by establishing and developing Rolled Alloys as a partner-supplier to current and future customers; to grow customer relationships through the implementation of mutually beneficial sales strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Increase market share through deliberate and thoughtful proactive activities at assigned customers.
- Demonstrate effective closing skills to maximize sales and profitability through cooperative negotiation.
- Build relationships and expand reach at assigned customers through high quality interactions.
- Determine areas of need at assigned customers; develop and implement solution-based sales strategies.
- Create value by utilizing team selling techniques to promote Rolled Alloys products, processing, and services including e commerce.
- Identify and prioritize early-stage growth customers.
- Thorough understanding of Rolled Alloys product line and capabilities.
- Work with Regional Manager & Account Representatives concerning daily and long-term territory strategy

Account Representative
Houston, TX
Purpose: You will be responsible for servicing accounts while building customer relationships by supporting the sales team. This may involve communication through our E-Commerce platform, phone calls, chat system, and email.
Responsibilities
- Direct communication with our customers- Quoting and chatting with customers and communicating market information.
- Customer Service- Timely responses to customer requests, order status updates.
- Creating relationships with customers and other departments within Rolled Alloys- Credit, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Account Managers, Product Management, Scheduling, Metallurgical Services, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams.
- The ability to communicate effectively through multiple platforms- Via email, through the website, and phone calls.
- Efficiency with computers and relevant programs.
- Being able to stay organized and flexible in stressful situations.
