Either old Kanye or Kendrick Lamar would be super cool.

What interested you about the intern position at RA?
I became interested in this position when Rolled Alloys first reached out to me asking if I wanted to do a phone interview. They were very professional and after my phone screening I thought that If I were to expect to be working with people like them, then working at RA was going to be an amazing opportunity.
During my in person interview my thoughts were confirmed that I was going to enjoy working with everyone at RA, and that I would learn a lot from them throughout my time here.
What goals do you hope to accomplish while working at RA?
My main goal while working at RA is to be a sponge and just learn, and retain, as much I possibly can.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
The biggest hobbies of mine currently are going to the gym and playing video games.
What is one skill you've learned that you didn't have before?
A skill I’ve learned that I didn’t have before is how to write queries in MySQL.
If you could see any band in concert (past or present), who would it be?
If you could see any band in concert, it would probably Sleep Token or Ghost for the present, and I cannot decide between the bands to visit from the past.

My name is Corbin Falzone, and I am a full-time intern at RA while also being a full-time student at the University of Toledo. My two biggest interests are currently physical fitness and technology in general. My fiancé and I have three dogs that drive us crazy every day.

What interested you about the intern position at RA?
Rolled Alloys provides me with the opportunity to experience mechanical engineering aspects of daily work, as well as the potential technology related to this business.
What goals do you hope to accomplish while working at RA?
I hope to establish good connections with others, as well as learn new things about the manufacturing business.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I enjoy hanging out with my friends, going boating, playing video games, and working on cars and motorcycles.
What is one skill you've learned that you didn't have before?
I learned how to use the Kasto SRS system; which is an automatic inventory manager. I’ve also learned how to use our system to find specific alloys.
If you could see any band in concert (past or present), who would it be?
I would probably have gone to see a Tupac concert since I really enjoy his music and find him to be one of my biggest inspirations and motivators.

I’d say that I’m someone who is humorous and enjoys the company of others, although I do enjoy my alone time too. I have a passion for figuring out how things work; everything from cars to computers.

I really like rock climbing, camping and watching movies.

I’ve learned and continue to learn how much group effort and cooperation is needed to accomplish various projects.

What interested you about the intern position at RA?
The opportunity to learn new skills in a new environment with new people where I can continue to better my sociability and problem solving skills in the workplace.
What goals do you hope to accomplish while working at RA?
My goals while being here are to increase my onsite work and technical skills as I would like to be able to apply such in the future.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I enjoy going to the gym, playing video games, hanging out with my friends and playing baseball.
What is one skill you've learned that you didn't have before?
Utilizing our BTS system in order to find the current status of our alloys as well as the Kasto SRS system.
If you could see any band in concert (past or present), who would it be?
The Scorpions. They are a 80s german rock band and they have been my favorite band to listen to for a while now.

I would describe myself as a hardworking person who sees work until the end. I like to think of myself as a compassionate and humble person who enjoys the company of others while also trying to be the reason others smile in the world.

I really liked the idea of working in a lab and getting to work through different processes and see what could be improved upon.
What goals do you hope to accomplish while working at RA?
While working at RA I want to take in as much information as I can and always continue to learn. I want to get to the point where I have the knowledge to understand our materials and how best to help the customer.

I love to listen and play music. I have four guitars and am starting my collection of vinyl records.

A business analyst position was interesting to me as it allowed me to work with the development team while also learning a great amount about how the rest of the company worked.

I play some disc golf, program for fun and game a bit.

I grew up in front of a computer trying to solve whatever problem presented itself, much of it was hosting lan servers for me and my friends to play games on. That problem solving still drives me today and I am excited to see where I go!

What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
Outside of work I love being outside either on hikes or at the beach. I love exploring new places in LA and trying new foods.
What is one skill you've learned that you didn't have before?
A new skill I’ve learned that I didn’t have before was how to most effectively identify useful business leads.

I hope to soak in as much industry knowledge as I can, learning how programs actually function is very interesting to me.

I love to ride around on my road bicycle long distances, walk my two extremely energetic rough collies, create 3D printed props, and play video games.
What is one skill you've learned that you didn't have before?
In my first week I setup a local hosted web page, learning how to host the page on Linux Ubuntu was very interesting!

I was interested in getting a new experience and environment that I have never been in before.
What goals do you hope to accomplish while working at RA?
I want to learn more about what it takes to do tasks with more efficiency and quality, and apply that to what I do.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I love working on and upgrading my car, watching Netflix, and spending time with friends and family.
What is one skill you've learned that you didn't have before?
When looking at solutions to a problem I often think of few and try to enhance them, however here I have learned that taking multiple approaches to a problem can unveil something you may not have thought of before. This is especially true if you talk them out with someone else.

Joseph Rowan

Job Position: Content Creator/Marketing Intern
What interested you about the intern position at RA?
I taught myself video editing and graphic design and have always been interested in creating content for marketing and being a creative person. Interviewing with the Marketing team really showed me that Rolled Alloys was going to be a great fit for me in both personality and work style.
What goals do you hope to accomplish while working at RA?
I hope to be able to show my editing skills, graphic design ability, and overall communication within the marketing department and with other departments. I would love to stay at RA as long as possible.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I play a lot of competitive video games, I used to play Call of Duty competitively through MLG. I do freelance Graphic Design and video editing and I love to relax on the couch and watch horror movies.
What is one skill you've learned that you didn't have before?
Communication and public speaking. Before college, I was bad in front of crowds, but I took a few classes on speaking and now I do not struggle at all when it comes to speaking in front of large crowds.
If you could see any band in concert (past or present), who would it be?
Probably Title Fight, Modern Baseball, or Marietta. They were all bands I listened to when I was a teenager, but they all broke up before I was old enough to travel and go to shows.

I saw the opportunity to explore a new industry and work on a type of application that I have not worked on before.

I hope to learn a lot from the senior developers on the team alongside getting more experience in the field of software development.

Outside of work I mainly learn more about software development, read books, and play video games with friends.

This is my first time working with the Angular framework, so I learned quite a bit about that.

What interested you about the intern position at RA?
I was interested to see how manufactures and businesses work together in the supply chain realm of business, and I wanted to see how a fast pace and constant changing work environment would be like.
What goals do you hope to accomplish while working at RA?
I want to be able to see an impact I make on a company; I want to be able to develop connections and be able to think about the bullwhip effect in supply chain and in decision making. I also hope to be able to gain better insight on how to effectively lead and link other departments to make a whole system work.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I love photography while I have my own business in it, and enjoy traveling. I enjoy spending genuine time talking to people and building relationships.

I’ve learned that there is a domino effect and a lot of moving parts when it comes to everything. There is a equal and opposite reaction to a lot of things, you just have to find out what it will be.

What interested you about the intern position at RA?
My interest in Rolled Alloys came from a curiosity in what this company does and what they’re about. After interviewing and meeting with people here, my interest only grew and has continued to do so.
What goals do you hope to accomplish while working at RA?
I hope to learn as much as possible about all the different aspects of business while working at RA, and I want to do everything I can to leave a positive impact on the company.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and traveling.
What is one skill you've learned that you didn't have before?
One skill that I have learned is the ability to be able to take on many new tasks in the office and feel comfortable in asking questions to coworkers if necessary. Even though I may not initially know what I am doing, I have developed confidence in being able to learn new things quickly and proficiently.

Noah Wyburn

What interested you about the intern position at RA?
Initially, I was just excited to get my foot in the door somewhere and start working towards my future, but after spending some time here I couldn’t have asked for a better company to intern with. I’m always being challenged, as well as, given many different opportunities. The most notable opportunity so far, was being asked to work at the RA Cincinnati location for a few weeks to aid QA in completing a massive job. This is just one example that shows how much Rolled Alloys cares about their interns and I have always felt like an employee in this regard, rather than an intern.
What goals do you hope to accomplish while working at RA?
At the moment, I’m most concerned with graduating and planning out my potential future with RA. A goal for me has always been to find a career that, I feel, suits me. It’s surprising to me that I may have found that so early in life, but everything I’ve experienced up until now has led me to believe that I have.
What hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I have always had an interest in boxing and recently I decided to follow this interest and start attending some classes. I did mixed martial arts for years when I was younger so this falls right in line with that.
What is one skill you've learned that you didn't have before?
Through my entire time here I have picked up on many different skills, but one that has transcended into other aspects of my life is learning how to construct myself in a business environment. This is a very useful skill I will use for the rest of my life and being here has helped me hone in on that.
